At DigiMaaxo, we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for customers and vendors. Since we are a vendor promotion platform, the return and refund policies depend on the respective vendors. However, we maintain the following guidelines:
1. Vendor Responsibility
- Each vendor listed on DigiMaaxo is responsible for their own return, replacement, or refund policy.
- Customers are advised to review the vendor’s terms before making a purchase.
2. DigiMaaxo’s Role
- DigiMaaxo does not sell products directly.
- We do not issue refunds or returns for vendor products/services.
- We can, however, assist in connecting customers with vendors for dispute resolution.
3. Service Subscriptions
For vendors who purchase DigiMaaxo subscription plans or promotional packages:
- Payments made are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
- In case of accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 working days at billing@digimaaxo.com.
